just read it.
I see all these people walking around holding their guitars with their peace earrings from diva. the thing is, by dressing as the newage hippy, youre defeating every single thing they stood for. they didn’t stand there looking pretty, they walked, the spoke out, they stood up and made a change, they went against the fashion and the things that were meant to be… now the hippy look is mainstream.. but the philosophy is being forgotten. you dont just look at someone wearing a band around their head and decided they’re a hippy. becuase that was the opposite to what it was about. it was about the culture, and the hunger for a change.
